Offering FREE, HIGH QUALITY tutoring and enrichment programs for students in need

The Rising Star PTA is a 501c3 registered non-profit organization (EIN 45-3677353) dedicated to providing financial support via fund raising to expand proven academic programs for our student body to set them up for success.  

As The Seattle Times noted, "Research emphasizes the efficacy of high-dosage, one-on-one tutoring in addressing learning gaps." We also know early intervention is crucial: students who fall behind third-grade reading levels are four times more likely to drop out of high school.
